Federal Shopping Sheets for Veterans and Dependents Military Benefits Form

Students intending to use military benefits, must complete a military benefit form for that term or semester. Completed forms should be emailed to veterans@msstate.edu

Dependents must fill in all fields marked with an * (asterisks), complete Section A, sign and date the form, then return our office.

Service members must fill in all fields marked with an * (asterisks), complete Section B by answering questions 1, 2, & 3, enter their assigned duty station then sign and date the form, and return to our office.

Tuition Assistance for Military Service-Members

Tuition Assistance (TA) is a federally funded military service-member program to help pay for voluntary off-duty educational programs It is available to support professional and personal educational goals.

Veterans Readiness and Employment Program (aka Voc Rehab)

Veteran Readiness and Employment (formerly called Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment) may assist military service-members that have a military service-connected disability that limits their ability to work. This program—also known as Vocational Rehabilitation or Voc Rehab can address educational or training needs and assists in employment options.
