Dependents who are actively drilling service members in the National Guard or Reserves:
Dependents must complete all fields marked with an asterisk (*), fill out Section A, move to Section B answering questions 1 and 2, list their assigned duty station, then sign, date, and return the form to our office.
Service Members:
Service members must complete all fields marked with an asterisk (*), fill out Section B by answering questions 1, 2, and 3, list their assigned duty station, then sign, date, and return the form to our office.

The Military Tuition Assistance (MilTA/TA) Program provides financial assistance for voluntary off-duty education programs in support of military service members professional and personal self-development goals.
Veteran Readiness and Employment (formerly called Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment) may assist military service-members that have a military service-connected disability that limits their ability to work. This program—also known as Vocational Rehabilitation or Voc Rehab can address educational or training needs and assists in employment options.
