Dependents who are actively drilling service members in the National Guard or Reserves:
Dependents must complete all fields marked with an asterisk (*), fill out Section A, move to Section B answering questions 1 and 2, list their assigned duty station, then sign, date, and return the form to our office.
Service Members:

This program—also known as Vocational Rehabilitation or Voc Rehab can address educational or training needs and assists in employment options.
