Military Credit and Transcript

Mississippi State University offers credit for training and experience in the Armed Services for currently enrolled students. Army, Marine, and Navy servicemembers (both active and reserve components) and veterans wishing to receive military credit must have an official transcript sent to the University Registrar's Office, Registration & Records, P.O. Box 5268, Mississippi State, MS 39762. The student's dean will determine applicable credit toward a degree.

Army affiliated personnel can request an AARTS (Army/American Council on Education Registry Transcript) transcript by mailing the request to the AARTS Operations Center, 415 McPherson Avenue, Fort Leavenworth, KS 66027-1373. AARTS transcripts can also be requested through the following website: http://aarts.army.mil/.

Marine affiliates may request a SMART (Sailor/Marine American Council on Education Registry Transcript) transcript by mailing the request to NETPDTC, Navy College Center, Code N27, 6490 Saufley Field Road, Pensacola, FL 32509-5204 or by submitting a request through the following website:
https://www.navycollege.navy.mil/transcript/

Air Force Affiliates may request a Community College of the Air Force transcript by mailing the request to CCAF/RRRA, Simler Hall, Suite 128, 130 Maxwell Blvd., Maxwell AFB, AL 36112-6613 or by submitting a request through the following website:
http://www.maxwell.af.mil/au/ccaf/transcripts.asp

CCAF transcripts are mailed directly to the Office of Admissions, P.O. Box 6305, Mississippi State, MS 39762.
