Purpose
The G.V. “Sonny” Montgomery Foundation Fund awards a scholarship to a graduate student based on demonstrated academic achievement, financial need, community service, and if they are a veteran, service-member, dependent, or spouse.
Criteria
Candidates for the G.V. “Sonny” Montgomery Scholarship must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a 2nd year graduate student
- Must be a veteran, service-member, dependent, or spouse
- Must maintain at least a 3.0 GPA
* This scholarship is not renewable and previous recipients cannot re-apply.
