Background
Captain Brett Martin is the Maritime Operations Director at Commander Navel Meteorology and Oceanography Command at the Stennis Space Center. He is a member of the Advisory Board at the G.V. “Sonny” Montgomery Center for America’s Veterans. Mellodee Martin is a retired Navy Chief who served faithfully for 20 years. In December of 2015, they established a scholarship for Veterans who fought for our country.
Criteria
Candidates for the CPT Brett and Mellodee Martin Annual Scholarship must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a Veteran
- Must meet the requirements to receive the G.I. Bill®.
