Background
In March of 2016, Fred and MariAnna Brown established the Colonel Fred N. Brown Jr. annual scholarship in the G.V. “Sonny” Montgomery Center for America’s Veterans. Colonel Brown is retired from the U. S. Air Force and resides in Roswell, GA.
Criteria
Candidates for the Colonel Fred N. Brown Jr. Annual Scholarship must meet the following criteria:
- Be a veteran of the United States Armed Forces
- Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA at Mississippi State University
- Must major in Math, Science, and or Engineering.
